Return & Refund Policy
Returns:
- We accept returns within 30 days of purchase.
- Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase.
Non-Returnable Items:
- For hygiene reasons, certain items like opened skincare products may not be eligible for return.
Return Process:
- Contact our customer service at admin@faddyskincare.com to initiate a return.
- Once approved, you will receive instructions on how to return your item.
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
Refunds:
- Upon receiving and inspecting the returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
- Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
Exchanges:
- We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need an exchange, please contact us at admin@faddyskincare.com.
Late or Missing Refunds:
- If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
- Then contact your credit card company; it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
- If you’ve done all of this and still have not received your refund, please contact us at admin@faddyskincare.com.
