Return & Refund Policy

Returns:

  • We accept returns within 30 days of purchase.
  • Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase.

Non-Returnable Items:

  • For hygiene reasons, certain items like opened skincare products may not be eligible for return.

Return Process:

  1. Contact our customer service at admin@faddyskincare.com to initiate a return.
  2. Once approved, you will receive instructions on how to return your item.
  3. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

Refunds:

  • Upon receiving and inspecting the returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
  • Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.

Exchanges:

  • We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need an exchange, please contact us at admin@faddyskincare.com.

Late or Missing Refunds:

  • If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
  • Then contact your credit card company; it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
  • If you’ve done all of this and still have not received your refund, please contact us at admin@faddyskincare.com.
